Room Details

Recently refurbished, these units have a queen size bed, with electric blanket, and one set of bunks in the one bedroom. Separate lounge / dining area with fully equipped kitchen, and own bathroom facilities. Lounge has a fold down couch for an extra person. Oil heater in lounge. All bedding, tea towel and bathmat supplied. Towels are not provided but may be hired from reception for $2.00 each. This is the perfect self contained unit for group accommodation, located within walking distance to Lake Rotorua.

Unit is supplied every second day with clean tea towel, bathmat, dishcloth, toilet paper.

Cancellations:
To cancel or amend bookings please contact the operator by e-mail or telephone.

A service charge of $20 applies to all cancellation refunds.
If cancellation made within 24 hours of arrival day, loss of 100% of the total booking price.
If cancellation made within 30 days of arrival day, loss of 50% of the total booking price.
If cancellation made within 60 days of arrival day, loss of 20% of the total booking price.

Please Note:
Minimum stay periods may apply on weekends, public holidays and special events.
All prices are for one or two persons with extra charges for additional people.
Rates – Standard (1 Feb 2017–1 May 2019) Peak (23 Dec 2017– 7 Feb 2018) Peak rates will apply to all public holidays.
