Spacious unit with queen size bed and a set of bunks, all with electric blankets, in one bedroom. Large open space lounge/dining and fully equipped kitchen area. There is a fold down couch in lounge which can sleep an extra person. Oil heaters in both rooms. All bedding and towels are provided. This is the perfect family motel located within walking distance to Lake Rotorua.
Unit is supplied every second day with clean towels, tea towel, bathmat, dishcloth, toilet paper.

Cancellations:
To cancel or amend bookings please contact the operator by e-mail or telephone.
A service charge of $20 applies to all cancellation refunds.
If cancellation made within 24 hours of arrival day, loss of 100% of the total booking price.
If cancellation made within 30 days of arrival day, loss of 50% of the total booking price.
If cancellation made within 60 days of arrival day, loss of 20% of the total booking price.
